Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase and Validity

1.1 Tickets are valid only for the date and event specified on the ticket.
1.2 Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged without prior written permission from the event organiser.
1.3 Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a QR code ticket. These are unique and if used more than once entrance will not be given.

1.4 Your ticket will be emailed to the address you give us.  If you are unable to find this you will need to get in touch with us to reissue the ticket.

2. Ticket Refunds and Cancellations
2.1 All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed.
2.2 In the event of a cancellation, the organiser will provide refunds for the face value of the ticket only. Additional charges (e.g. transaction fees) may not be refunded.
2.3 If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, and no refund will be given.

Booking Protect

Refund Protection is provided by Booking Protect®. Refund Protection is an option that can be added to a booking at the ticket purchaser's discretion. Refund Protection provides cover for the non-attendance of an event according to the terms and conditions outlined at http://bit.ly/1sVNi3X (bookingprotect.com). Refund Protection does not cover the purchaser if an Event is cancelled by the Organiser. Booking Protect is not part of LIVE IT Group and by purchasing Refund Protection the Buyer is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Booking Protect and are entering into an agreement exclusively with Booking Protect. Booking Protect fees are non-refundable.

3. Entry and Conduct
3.1 The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person for reasons including, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, intoxication, and refusal to comply with event staff directions.
3.2 Bags and personal belongings may be subject to search upon entry for safety and security reasons.
3.3 Attendees must comply with all health and safety protocols in place at the time of the event, which may include COVID-19 safety measures.

4. Liability and Indemnity
4.1 The event organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to take care of valuables.
4.2 Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The event organiser will not be liable for any consequential damages.
4.3 By attending the event, ticket holders agree to indemnify the organiser against all claims arising from breach of these T&Cs.

4.5 Soapbox racing is dangerous and you watch the event at your own risk.  

5. Photography and Media
5.1 By attending, ticket holders consent to being photographed or filmed. Images and recordings may be used by the organiser for promotional purposes.
5.2 No commercial photography, recording, or streaming is allowed without prior permission from the organiser.

6. Age Restrictions and Parental Guidance
6.1 Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

7. Amendments to Terms
7.1 The organiser reserves the right to amend these T&Cs as necessary. Updated terms will be available on the official event ticket site and our event website.
7.2 It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check for any updates to these T&Cs before attending the event.
