We can NOT offer you a full refund but can offer exchange to another session date and time *dependant on availability.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of original booking.
Once your exchange request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and exchanged your booking to a new date / time.
Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
