By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:
Traders must have a valid Public Liability Insurance policy. A copy of the certificate must be provided no later than 14 days before the event. If this is not provided your space will be void with no refund provided.
Traders are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of their stall throughout the event.
All rubbish must be taken away at the end of the day.
Traders must not pack up or leave before the official closing time of the event.
Traders are responsible for complying with all health and safety, fire safety, and legal regulations related to their products and stall
All bookings are non refundable unless the event is cancelled. The Organiser is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the Trader.
The Organiser reserves the right to terminate this agreement and cancel the Trader's participation without refund if the Trader fails to comply with any terms of this contract, engages in illegal activities, or brings the event or venue into disrepute.
Any special requests or requirements (e.g., extra space, unique set-up) must be discussed and agreed upon in writing with the Organiser prior to the event.
Traders are expected to be respectful and courteous to all event staff, attendees, and fellow traders.
You are not permitted to share your table without agreeing in advance. Each trader on a shared table must have their own public liability insurance.
LIVE IT is a technology partner providing ticket fulfilment services.
The LIVE IT Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to bookings made using the LIVE IT platform.
