Ticket Refund Policy: All tickets are strictly non-refundable unless the event is cancelled before it begins, excluding cancellations due to force majeure or COVID-19 related reasons.

Force Majeure: Should the event be cancelled due to force majeure, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and tickets will be valid for the next scheduled event.

Organiser Liability: The Organiser is not responsible for any expenses incurred by attendees due to event cancellation for any reason.

Refunds Procedure: If a refund is warranted, only the ticket’s face value will be refunded, excluding booking fees. Refund requests must be submitted within one month of the cancellation date by the original purchaser.

Entertainment Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for ticket purchases due to the cancellation of one or more entertainers scheduled

Ticket Transferability: Tickets may be transferred to another individual. The Organiser must be informed of the transfer in advance.

Event Changes: The Organiser reserves the right to alter, vary, or cancel the scheduled performances and activities due to unforeseen circumstances without the obligation to issue a refund.
