Arrivals & Departures: To enjoy the full experience we recommend you allow 4 hours for your visit. Gates open at 10.30am. You should arrive in the grounds at least 30 mins before your Floristry Experience. At the time of your Floristry Experience please arrive at the marquee on the Castle Forecourt where a member of staff will meet you. The Floristry Experience last 1 hour.
There is more than one car park and entrance and on arrival you will be met by our visitor experience team to guide you to the car park that is open for use. Please be mindful of others when exiting your car. If you have accessibility needs, please notify a member of our team. If you are meeting friends and family, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will be in the same car park. Please make sure that all members of your party have a copy of your booking reference/or tickets. Should you arrive at different car parks you can then access through different entrances and meet at an agreed location. Car parks close 15 minutes after last exit from the grounds, staff are in attendance to ensure that all cars are accounted for.
If you are an Annual Member/Carer/Existing Ticket Holder or are part of a Partner Offer scheme: you will need to produce proof as specified on arrival. Failure to do so will mean that you will be charged the full rate on entry.
Always check details before travelling. Hever Castle reserves the right to close all or part of the Castle, grounds, catering outlets and activities, and to change or cancel events.
Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, transferred to another date or refunded. If you need to cancel your booking please read our terms and conditions on our website.
