CHRISTMAS FALCONRY EXPERIENCE

This exciting two-hour falconry experience gives you the chance to see the residents of Willow Birds of Prey Centre demonstrating their amazing aerial acrobatic skills. Witness them diving and swooping at close range, before safely handling hawks and owls yourself. For nature lovers and those looking to make their day even more special, this is an experience not to be missed!

What you can expect:

• Learn about different types of hawk, owl and eagle.
• Handle the birds.
• Experience the birds flying to you.
• Watch the birds demonstrate their individual natural behaviours.
• Have a photo opportunity with the birds.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• This experience is for up to 6 people. Other groups and individuals may attend your chosen session, unless all places are booked.
• This experience is suitable for children over 8 years old only and children must be accompanied by an adult also attending the Falconry Experience.
• Booking closes 1 day before the event.
• Tickets include Castle & Garden admission, available before/after your experience during normal opening hours.
• The meeting point is at the Information Hut and from there a member of staff will take you to the Event Field where the experience will take place.
