Songs, stories, carols, crackers – and prizes for the best seasonal jumpers and hats – will kick off your December Diary of Delights at the Green Note
Broomdasher have an enviable reputation for their entertaining and engaging shows which get the audience singing
Their recordings are in the British Library’s National Sound Archive as “an outstanding example of grass roots folk music today”. Mike Norris said: “Dazzling harmonies and they’re clearly enjoying themselves Camden Live said “I love them! They’re real people having a good time!” Folking said: Glorious harmonies without the stuffiness sometimes associated with traditional folk.”

BROOMDASHER are a London-based acapella group who had many years’ experience between them before they first came together in 2016.
Since then, they’ve created an enviable reputation for their arrangements, harmonies and engaging live shows, which give the audience lots of opportunities to join in.
Broomdasher are: Deena Marcus-Jedamzik, who was taught by and played alongside Leon Rosselson; Josephine Swinhoe, classically trained by Vaughan Williams protégé John Carol Case; Margaret Moore, an actress and member of the Bloomsbury Woodwind Ensemble and Richard Cryan, a member of Dorten Yonder and formerly a regular on BBC Radio Derby as half of The Moonshine Duo.
