Skate Gardens Event – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Skate Gardens event on Saturday 16th August 2025 at Signature Brew, you agree to the following terms:

1. Skating at Your Own Risk

All attendees who choose to participate in skateboarding activities do so at their own risk. Skate Gardens, its organisers, partners, and venue (Signature Brew) accept no responsibility or liability for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property sustained before, during, or after the event.

Protective gear is encouraged, and you must be mindful of your surroundings and other participants at all times.

2. Ticket Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of full event cancellation by the organisers.

• Entry will only be granted to those with a valid ticket.

• Tickets cannot be resold above face value.

3. Code of Conduct

Skate Gardens is a safe and inclusive space. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour. Anyone violating this policy may be removed from the event without refund.

4. Photography & Media

By attending, you agree to be filmed and photographed for promotional purposes. Please let our team know on arrival if you prefer not to appear in published content.

5. Weather & Venue Changes

This is a partially outdoor event. The organisers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments due to weather or safety concerns. Any major updates will be communicated via email and social channels.
