Once known as Fantasy Con Scotland, The Unseelie Gathering is an over-18s fantasy event taking over Paisley Town Hall on Saturday 1 August 2026.

Your ticket includes live music, fantasy burlesque, quests, wandering performers, professional photo opportunities with digital images included, a costume contest, a creature contest and more.

Join one of three sides fighting for the Thorned Crown and earn points for your team by completing quests throughout the event. You can bank your points safely or risk them in the illegal gambling den in exchange for secrets, bigger rewards and a chance to push your team closer to victory.

Visit the fantasy marketplace, head to the Storytellers Hall to meet fantasy authors, hang out in the Traders Hall and watch live entertainment, or visit the Jesters Lounge for games and mayhem. The Guild Hall is where you will collect your quests, hand in your points and see how your side is doing in the fight for the crown.

Come in full costume, add a few fantasy touches or just turn up as yourself. You do not need to know anything about the event or its story beforehand, and you can get as involved as you like.
