To help us finalise the seating plan, catering and entertainment, please complete this form as soon as possible.

Seating

The person who made the booking can choose seats for everyone in their group. The table numbers shown on this form are for planning purposes only and may not match the table numbers on the night. They're simply there to make sure your group is seated together.

You can reserve more than one seat at a time, but you'll need to complete the meal choice and any dietary requirements for each guest individually.

If members of your group booked separately, please arrange between yourselves your table choices and seat number before completing the form. This will help ensure everyone chooses seats at the same table.

If you'd prefer each guest to complete their own form, that's absolutely fine. Just make sure everyone:

• Selects a seat next to the rest of their group.
• Uses the same email address that was used for the original booking so we can match your bookings together.

If you've booked as a smaller group, we may need to move your party to a different table (while keeping your group together) to help accommodate larger groups.

If, for any reason, you can't get your whole group seated together, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing hello@northernfrights.co.uk and we'll do our best to help.

Music Requests

We're also taking music requests! One Shot Bards will be performing live during the evening before taking over the DJ set afterwards. If there's a song you'd love to hear, let us know in the form and we'll see what we can do.
