Tickets are non refundable, unless the organiser cancels the workshop subject to the conditions below.
In the event of cancellation by the organiser you will receive an email notification.
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
The Company reserves the right to cancel the event if due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company including but not limited to war, riot, pandemic, industrial dispute, or fire; and in such circumstances the organiser shall have no liability to refund the customer or refund any part of the price.
POSTPONEMENT AND CHANGES IN THE EVENT
Whilst every effort is made by the organiser to hold the event on the date advertised, the organiser retains the right to postpone or change the venue, date or nature of the event if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or unavailability of suitable staff, pandemic, equipment or the original venue. In such circumstances the organiser will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable of such changes and suitable arrangements will be made.
