By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:
Chiddingstone Castle
- The admission ticket is valid from the date of purchase for twelve consecutive months and once issued
- The admission ticket is not refundable and non transferable
- When you visit, your ticket is scanned to capture the booking number of the original person who paid for the ticket, this will tell us your ticket type and record the date and time of your visit. This information is stored on a secure central database.
- No personal information such as address or bank details will be collected or stored through the scanning of tickets.
- During the year we have a closed period, November to February inclusive, with the exception of our Christmas events.
- Chiddingstone Castle reserves the right to close all or part of the Castle, grounds, catering outlets and activities, and to change or cancel events.
- Please note that additional charges apply for special ticketed events and some events include chargeable activities.
- Children 15 years and under must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst visiting.
- Under exceptional circumstances Chiddingstone Castle may close to the public without prior notice being given and the management reserve the right to refuse entry.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or membership and/or to revoke membership without refund if the member behaves in a threatening or abusive manner towards any person or member of staff at Chiddingstone Castle, or damages or threatens to damage any of the collections or property of the estate, or acts in a manner which could bring Chiddingstone Castle into disrepute
