By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:
• Tickets are for a timed 15-minute entry slot on the date booked; please arrive within your slot.
• Date/time changes are possible up to 2 weeks before your visit through your customer portal. There are no fees for cancelling your booking, however, if the price of the new ticket/s are higher than the original ticket/s you may need to pay an additional fee.
• Children (3–16) must be accompanied by an adult. Under-3s free. No child-only bookings.
• Runs in most weather; the trail is outdoors on grass, soft ground and hard paths — dress warmly.
• Latecomers admitted at the next available slot subject to capacity. Last entry strictly 20:45
• Donations support the Royal Hospital Chelsea.
• 1 free Personal Assistant per disabled guest via the access route.
• Data handled per CWV privacy policy; shared with Live It for fulfilment.
