Candy Cane Lane: The Gingerbread Christmas Grotto at Castlepoint

 Step into the sweetest Christmas adventure in the South.

 This festive season, Castlepoint invites you to experience a magical, multi-sensory Christmas world inside our enchanting Gingerbread Grotto.

 What to expect

• Be welcomed into a gingerbread-themed wonderland by our friendly Christmas elves.
• Enjoy fun, festive, interactive activities before stepping inside to meet Father Christmas.
• Meet Santa himself in a cosy, candy-scented grotto. Every child will receive a gift from Santa.

 Open on selected dates from 22nd November to 23rd December 2025

 Location: Lower-level landscape void, down the stairs in front of M&S, Castlepoint Shopping Park

 Session length: 10 minutes per family (includes meet and greet with Santa and all children will receive a gift from Santa)

 Tickets:
• Children (0–14 years): £10 each
• Adults: Free admission. Adults are not required to book a ticket. 

• Each booking can include up to 6 people in total only (adults and children combined).

• At least one adult must attend per booking.

• A maximum of 4 adults per session is allowed.

 Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booked slot.
