I love it when my clients have a homeopathy kit to use at home and on their travels.

Colds, coughs, sore throats, fevers, headaches, backache, sleep problems, injuries and emotional upsets can all be supported even if, in the case of an injury or a fever for instance, you decide to go to the emergency room and you are taking remedies en route.

Knowing when to call the doctor is fundamental but many times I hear of a trip to A & E that may well have been thwarted by a simple homeopathic prescription.

Many of you know my story:
