A Wild Wonderland is coming to Call of the Wild this Christmas! 🎅

Embark on a festive experience like no other at Call of the Wild’s Wild Wonderland! Grab your special zoo passport and join us for a truly 'wild' experience this Christmas, our biggest event yet! Meet Father Christmas (and his helpful elves of course!) along the way, whilst taking part in exciting activities including gingerbread decorating and making your very own cuddly toy in the North Pole Toy Workshop. We are ice-static to announce that there will also be an ice rink in the Wild Heights area for even more festive fun!

Please note this is an experience tailored for the whole family, not just for the children!

Terms & Conditions 

  • Once you have purchased your tickets, they cannot be transferred or refunded. The ticket purchaser is responsible for ordering to ensure timely receipt of their ticket and that their tickets are for the desired date and time. Tickets cannot be altered if incorrect ones have been purchased. Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt. Tickets are valid for one set time session only.
  • If you wish to agree to the payment plan, please select this option at checkout. Your booking will be split into 3 payments, you will pay one upfront instalment and any applicable fees at the time of checkout. If the balance is not paid, your ticket will be released back into the system. 
  • Please note that if you fail to successfully meet your payment plan deadlines, then you will not be entitled to a refund and any monies paid will be lost. You will receive your e-ticket once your final payment has been completed. Our staff reserve the right to refuse entry to the experience if the final payment ticket is not presented. 
  • You must present your ‘Wild Wonderland’ tickets issued to you for entry into the Experience. Failure to do so or anyone only with normal admission tickets will be turned away. The Experience operates on a strict timetable, and you and your guests must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time. Entry may be refused if you arrive late, and late entry will result in missed activities.
  • You must comply with all instructions from our event staff at the Location, plus applicable health and safety rules and any security requirements in place from time to time. 
  • We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if we believe their behaviour is adversely affecting the pleasure of our other guests If you decide to upgrade your admission ticket to a Membership on the day of your visit, the Wild Wonderland Experience cost is not included in the upgrade price of the Membership. 
  • The gifts received from the Santa Experience cannot be replaced or exchanged if they are lost, unwanted or broken. (This does not affect your statutory rights). We do make every possible effort to ensure that the gift from Santa is suitable.
  • Any persons under 16yrs must be accompanied by a responsible guardian over 16yrs at all times during the experience. Unaccompanied persons under 16yrs will not be admitted. 
  • SEN/Carer sessions - Carers MUST bring proof such as; PIP, DLA, or blue badge. Please ensure this is shown upon entry. If there is no proof of carer documents provided then they will be charged general admission. Babies in arms (Under 12 months) are welcome on come free of charge, however will not get to participate in the activities or receive a gift. If they wish for them to take part and/or receive a gift, they will need to be booked on under a child ticket. 
  • Each child ticket will include a gift from Father Christmas and a teddy which the children will make in the Toy Workshop. This gift cannot be exchanged for any monetary value. We cannot swap out gifts for anything else. 
  • Those visitors who choose to use the skating rink should take care and show consideration for others and be aware of the dangers inherent in skating. All visitors who choose to use the skating rink must adhere to rules set out by the staff at Call of the Wild Zoo.
  • We will not be liable for any injuries sustained while skating or loss of or damage to clothing/other personal possessions unless such injuries or loss or damage occur as a result of our negligence. 
  • We seek to ensure that the Experience is a happy and memorable one for you and your fellow guests for all the right reasons, however we cannot be liable for distress caused by circumstances beyond our control (including the weather conditions) nor for any emotional distress or disappointment caused by the role playing of characters (including, if any Child (or Adult) loses his or her belief in Father Christmas for any reason as a result of visiting the Experience). The appearance and availability of characters may be subject to change. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw character appearances without prior notice.
