By booking tickets, you agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policies set by:
1. Age & Entry & Security
Entry is allowed only for guests 21 years or older.
Valid government-issued ID is required at entry.
Guests obviously intoxicated or under the influence of substances will not be admitted.
Right of admission reserved.
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt compliance.
Comply with the establishment’s hygiene and sanitary measures.
All guests may be subject to a security check upon entry. Refusal will result in denied entry.
2. Conduct & Responsibility
Guests must respect staff and other customers.
Responsible consumption is mandatory.
The beach club may refuse alcohol service to any guest.
No outside food, drinks, or liquids allowed.
No illegal substances or items allowed.
Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion without refund .
Guests are responsible for their party; the behavior of one member may affect the entire group.
Bags and backpacks may be checked.
The club may deny access with large or bulky items.
3. Reservations
Each reservation has a maximum arrival time.
After this time, the reservation may be canceled without refund.
The booking fee is non-refundable.
Late cancellations will not be refunded.
No-shows result in full loss of the reservation.
Minimum spend cannot be split between tables.
Minimum spend does not include tips, taxes, or extras.
The minimum spend must be paid even if not fully consumed.
4. Pool & Safety Rules
Pool depth: 1.35 m.
Jumping into the pool is prohibited; access only via stairs.
No walking barefoot in the pool club.
No outside towels allowed.
Each reservation includes a predetermined number of towels; extra towels incur a supplement.
No large or unauthorized inflatables allowed.
The club is not responsible for accidents from misuse.
5. Dress Code
Dress code may apply during special hours or events.
No sportswear or themed accessories allowed.
The club may require a change of clothing to remain on the premises.
For special events, specific attire may be required.
6. Photography & Privacy
The club may take photos and videos for promotional purposes.
Filming or photographing staff or guests without consent is prohibited.
Drones are not allowed without written authorization.
Offensive content recorded on-site may result in expulsion and legal action.
7. Food & Beverage
No outside food, drinks, or liquids allowed.
Removing bottles from Mogli The Key is prohibited.
Reduced menu available during special events.
Prices may vary on selected dates.
8. Payment
The club may limit certain payment methods

9. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
10. Personal Belongings
The club is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Locker use is at the client’s responsibility, if available.
11. Weather
In adverse weather conditions, the beach club may relocate guests.
12. Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with any of the above rules gives the club the right to expel the guest.
Purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to our terms and conditions listed below:
1) E-Tickets are unique to each attendee & duplicate tickets will be refused.
2) Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any official photographic ID. Photocopies are not acceptable.
3) Please adhere to the door opening and closing times (tickets will not be valid prior to or after these times).
4) E-Tickets cannot be resold. Anyone found to be reselling their ticket will have their tickets cancelled.
5) The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission & the Event Organiser accepts no responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged E-Tickets.
6) Any person attempting to enter the Event under the influence of drugs/ alcohol/ legal highs will be refused entry.
7) The Event Organiser reserves the right to conduct security searches from time to time, and to refuse admission to the ticket holder, or eject the ticket holder from the Event should the holder refuse to comply with such security searches without a refund. The Event Organiser reserves the right to confiscate any item, which in the reasonable opinion of the Event Organiser, may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event or is one of the items not permitted in the Venue as listed on the Event website.
8) The Event Organiser reserves the right to perform health screening measures upon entry and during the Event (temperature checks, health/travel questions) and to refuse admission to the ticket holder if, in the reasonable opinion of the Event Organiser, may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event.
9) All attendees must comply with all Government requirements and guidance regarding COVID-19, observe all social distancing protocols and comply with any health checks and protocols required by the Event Organiser. All attendees will be asked at the time of purchase to provide details for each attendee to assist with contact tracing. Contact tracing data will be held securely in compliance with GDPR and will not be used for marketing purposes.
10) All Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in the event of a significant cancellation or substantial alteration and are the sole discretion of the Event Organiser. In the event of cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or additional fees) will be fully refunded, and you must claim your refund within the timeframe set out by the Event Organiser.
