I am very excited to be heading to Tunbridge to cook my first Supper Club at Pomalo on Saturday 17th June!

I can't wait to cook for everyone in Tunbridge Wells. 

I started my Supper clubs back in 2018 at Sulston's kitchen, the idea was and still is to bring like minded people together through the love of food.
I love talking to everyone about the dishes i have created, the suppliers i work with and the techniques used to prepare the dish.

So you will see me on the night talking through each course and I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have about the food or more details on techniques used. 

The menu for the evening is:

Freshly baked focaccia

Asparagus and fresh herbs

Chicken, mushroom and bacon jam

Gin cured salmon, beetroot and fennel

~

Beef sirloin, summer vegetables and beef dripping potatoes

~

White chocolate cheesecake and strawberries 

Doors will open at 7pm with service starting at 7:30pm.
