Barbelles Ladies Only Training is set up to get ladies to get fit, make friends and have fun!

COST: £730 (+ booking fee, and excluding flights)

- A jam-packed programme of activities including training indoors and outdoors, excursion to Siam Water Park (largest waterpark in Europe), beach WODs & hiking. Participation is optional.

- Coaching from Regionals level athletes with over 10 years of coaching experience
