Thank you for your interest in participating in #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you to go through the following terms and conditions:

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to#WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 – Adventure Productions & Events S.L. 

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 premises.

Please note that Adventure Productions & Events S.L. reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser www.fourpointsfestival.com. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 tickets.

The price of one #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 ticket is between 75.00€ and 170€ depending on the package selected. This figure is non-negotiable.

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 on 4th November to 7th November 2021, when #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending the #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.

The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 tickets, once (s)he receives it. Adventure Productions & Events S.L. has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

Kindly note that BOOKITBEE by LIVIT TICKETS is the sole authorised source for purchasing #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

The #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s). 

Please note that #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

Adventure Productions & Events S.L. has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Adventure Productions & Events S.L. will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 starts on 4th November 2021. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue – #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 – due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits. 

• If #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Adventure Productions & Events S.L. has the sole and absolute right to:
• i) reschedule the event, or
• ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
•  iii) not issue any refunds.

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

If #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, federal/state announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Adventure Productions & Events S.L. will be considered final.

If #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully canceled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. Adventure Productions & Events S.L. cannot be, in any way, held liable for that. 

All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

#WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 is 18.

If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.

At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

By purchasing #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Adventure Productions & Events S.L. to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims – full or in part – and all claims & entitlements related to it.

Adventure Productions & Events S.L. does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

#WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 and Adventure Productions & Events S.L. follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

Please note that you purchase #WECOMETORIDE Weekend Event 2021 tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either. 

• In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.

Adventure Productions & Events S.L. runs various events, seminars and conferences from time to time to update, educate and provoke discussion amongst its clients, potential clients and industry bodies (“Events”). This privacy notice provides you with information about how Adventure Productions & Events S.L. uses your personal data when you register for and attend an Event run by Adventure Productions & Events S.L.

Registering for an Event

If you wish to attend one of our Events, please RSVP by responding to us using the contact details provided on the Event invite.

What personal data will be processed?

If you register with an Event App and consent to share your information with us, Adventure Productions & Events S.L. will receive the following information:

• your first and last name, email, avatar image, and any company information you’ve chosen to include in your Event App profile.
• the sessions you’ve added to your personalised schedule.
• the points of interest (speakers, vendors, etc.) you’ve added to your to-do list.
• your general usage metrics (time in the guide, how many times you opened the guide, etc.)

If you choose not to share your information but sign-in to an Event App account when accessing the guide, Adventure Productions & Events S.L. will see your first and last name, email, avatar image, and any company information you’ve chosen to include in your Event App profile. Usage details will not be shared with Adventure Productions & Events S.L..

If you register for an Event with Adventure Productions & Events S.L. directly, the information you provide us will include:

• your title, name, and full postal, email address and or telephone number;
• your job title and role;
• any dietary requirements; and
• access needs.

Adventure Productions & Events S.L. may photograph and film the Event which will be used to market our services and to promote future events. Adventure Productions & Events S.L. will therefore process your image. You will be notified if we intend to photograph/film an Event, for example, in the invitation and on signs at the entrance to the Event.  If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed at an Event, please contact us.

Records of communications sent to you by Adventure Productions & Events S.L. or that we receive from you in relation to an Event you will attend/have attended.

What is the purpose of processing?

Adventure Productions & Events S.L. will process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To reserve a place for you at the event(s) you requested to attend;
• To provide you with information about the event(s) for which you have registered, such as event updates, and possible changes, cancellation or similar information;
• For general administration and organisation of our events, for example to contact you with information about an event or conference that you’re exhibiting at, or attending as we need to use your details for planning and logistics, to invoice you, to provide you customer service in relation to the event, and general administration of your attendance at the event.
• To fulfil and monitor our legal responsibilities, for example, under public safety legislation;
• In accordance with your preferences, to communicate with you about other events, news, and services we provide (for example online webinars, Huddle events);
• To ask you for your feedback or review after an Event you have attended;
• To pass on your contact details to our logistics partners to enhance your experience at an Event you have signed up to exhibit or sponsor at;
• To assess the activity of our attendees at our Events.
• To create a delegate list (which will include your name and company (not email or telephone number), which will be shared with an Exhibitor or Sponsor at the Event.
• To film and photograph the Event which will be used to market our services and to promote future events on our website, social media channels and in marketing materials. You will be notified if we intend to photograph/film an Event, for example, in the invitation and on signs at the entrance to the Event.
• To improve our services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences; and
• To plan better future events and attendee experience.

What is the legal basis of the processing?

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

• To perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
• For our legitimate interests (for example, in order to manage and develop our business, study how customers use our products/services, to develop them, grow our business, and inform our marketing strategy).
• Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.

Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data, although we will get your consent before sending third party direct marketing communications to you via email or text message. You have the right to withdraw consent to marketing at any time by contacting us.

Within Adventure Productions & Events S.L., your personal data is shared only with those departments and staff who need access for the processing purposes set out above.

We may share some of the information with external organisations providing services for the Event you are attending, in particular we may share your information (including dietary requirements) with catering service if you are attending an Event where catering is offered. The information shared will only be used to provide the service required and will not be retained by these external organisations after the Event is concluded.

How long is your personal data kept?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.

Adventure Productions & Events S.L. works with third party event app providers, such as Guidebook, Inc (“Event App”) and video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, allowing you to view details of the Event, download guides, book sessions, browse maps, schedules and more for our Events. Please note that third-party apps or services are not owned or managed by Adventure Productions & Events S.L.. Please refer to the relevant App’s and Platform’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before downloading the app and/or using the Service or Platform. Adventure Productions & Events S.L. does not accept any responsibility or liability for third party policies or your use of a third-party app, platform or service.
